TLV QS10-B Compact Single Steam Trapping Station

The QS10-B TLV Single Steam Trapping Station is equipped with an upstream and downstream lockable isolation valve, it also has a strainer fitted which prevents equipment damage from particles and rust, commonly found in pipelines, and a Non-Return Valve (Check Valve) that prevents backflow.

The trapping station accommodates steam traps for condensate drainage for a wide range of applications, including process use and steam mains. The main use of this unit is for safe and quick trap removal and replacement in minutes. The universal 2 bolt connector allows float and thermodynamic steam traps to be fitted. Because the mounting is universal, this allows not just TLV to be installed, but other trap manufacturers units.
