TLV L32 Thermostatic Steam Trap to suit Quick Trap Connector

The TLV L32 Thermostatic Steam Trap unit is designed to fit universal QuickTrap connectors from TLV and other brands. Stainless Steel construction with air jacketing insulates the steam trap and reduces the influence of harsh environmental conditions. Options including an integrated check valve are available upon request. Utilises the 'X-Element' thermostatic module from other TLV steam traps offering increased efficiency on start-up by venting hot air as well as cold air and cold condensate initially.

Supplied with the universal connection flange to suit 1/2", 3/4" and 1" universal connectors from TLV or other brands. Suitable for processes where pressure does not exceed 32 BarG and maximum operating temperature of 240°C. Please note the allowable operating conditions of the L32 thermostatic trap unit may limit the operating conditions of the QuickTrap connector.

For a full trapping station, a QuickTrap in-line connector is also required, the available choice from TLV includes In-Line QuickTrap Connector (F46), In-Line QuickTrap Connector with inlet Isolation Valve (V1), In-Line QuickTrap Connector with inlet and outlet Isolation Valves (V2).
