TLV JF3SX Flanged Stainless Steel Free Float Steam Trap

The JF3SX Free Float stainless steel steam trap offers continuous discharge thanks to the unique Free Floating Ball Design which increases the longevity and reliability of the Steam Trap thanks to only having 1 moving part. An integral strainer screen and X-Element (bi-metal) air vent to improve equipment productivity and reduce the need for maintenance. The compact design offers a large tolerance for differential pressures and back pressures for problem free operation.

Offered in Stainless Steel Body and Stainless Steel wetted parts with flanged end connections in 1/2", 3/4" and 1". The changeable orifice plates provide suitability for differential pressures up to 2, 5, 10, 14 and 21 BarG. The steam trap is suitable for pressures up to 21 BarG, temperatures up to 220°C and discharge requirements up to 700kg/h.
