TLV J8X Flanged Free Float Steam Trap

The Free Float design of the J8X Steam Trap offers advantages over traditional mechanical steam traps from other manufacturers including increased lifetime and efficiency. The integral strainer and thermostatic air vent protects the equipment from particulate and increases productivity by removing hot and cold air from the system.

Suitable for condensate discharge requirements up to 20,000kg/h and differential pressures up to 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 13 BarG. Maximum operation pressure of 13 BarG and temperature of 200°C combined with the continuous low velocity condensate discharge mean the J8X is suitable for a wide variety of very high consumption processes. Available with Cast Iron Body, Stainless Steel Internals and flanged end connections.
