TLV J7.2X Flanged Free Float Steam Trap

The Free Float design of the J7.2X Steam Trap offers advantages over traditional mechanical steam traps from other manufacturers including increased lifetime and efficiency. The integral strainer and thermostatic air vent protects the equipment from particulate and increases productivity by removing hot and cold air from the system.

Suitable for condensate discharge requirements up to 7000kg/h and differential pressures up to 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 13 BarG. Maximum operation pressure of 13 BarG and temperature of 200°C combined with the Free Float functionality mean the J7.2X is suitable for a wide variety of larger consumption process uses. Available with Cast Iron Body, Stainless Steel Internals and flanged end connections.
