TLV J5X Screwed Free Float Steam Trap

The Free Float design of the J5X Steam Trap offers advantages over traditional float and bucket style mechanical steam traps offering increased lifetime and efficiency. The integral strainer and thermostatic air vent protects the equipment from particulate and increases productivity by removing hot and cold air from the system.

Suitable for condensate discharge requirements up to 1000kg/h and differential pressures up to 2, 5, 8, 10 and 13 BarG. Maximum operation pressure of 13 BarG and temperature of 200°C combined with the Free Float functionality mean the J5X is suitable for a wide variety of process uses including cooking/heating vessels, autoclaves and heat exchangers. Available with Ductile Iron Body, Stainless Steel Internals and BSP Screwed End Connections.
