TLV J5SX Screwed Stainless Steel Free Float Steam Trap

The Free Float design of the J5SX Steam Trap offers advantages over traditional float and bucket style mechanical steam traps including increased lifetime and efficiency. The integral strainer and thermostatic air vent protects the equipment from particulate and increases productivity by removing hot and cold air from the system.

Suitable for condensate discharge requirements up to 1000kg/h and differential pressures up to 2, 5, 10, 14 and 21 BarG. Maximum operation pressure of 21 BarG and temperature of 220°C combined with the Free Float functionality mean the J5SX is suitable for a wide variety of process uses including cooking/heating vessels, autoclaves and heat exchangers. Available with Stainless Steel Body, Stainless Steel Internals and BSP Screwed End Connections.
