TLV FS5 Free Float Steam Trap Quick Trap Station

TLV FS5 Free Float Stream Trap Station, consisting of the S5 Free Float trap unit and F46 In-Line connector. Supplied in sizes 1/2" to 1" with options of Screwed, Socket Weld or Flanged end connections.

Part of the QuickTrap series of products the F46 from TLV is an in-line connector. Constructed from stainless steel with an integral strainer to protect equipment, the F46 features the QuickTrap universal flange with a two bolt connection system allowing the easy replacement of a steam trap and correct installation position regardless of piping orientation.

The TLV S5 is a steam trap module suitable for use with any brand of QuickTrap connector. Fully welded stainless steel construction and connection through the universal two bolt flange of an in-line QuickTrap connector. Utilises the TLV design of free float steam trap that allows for continuous (self-modulating) low velocity discharge of condensate. Thanks to the universal flange the S5 is suitable for use on either vertical or horizontal pipelines.

Suitable for line sizes 1/2", 3/4" and 1" and supplied with BSP Screwed, Socket Weld or Flanged End Connections. Process conditions must not exceed 32 BarG operating pressure and 400°C.
