TLV DR20 Direct Acting Pressure Reducing Valve for Steam is an extremely compact pressure reducing valve for use on small process equipment.

Exceptionally light and compact PRV. All wetted parts are of all stainless steel construction with high durability and corrosion resistance for long service life. Stable secondary pressure with high flow rate for its class. Easy to operate and adjust. Built-in screen/strainer ensures extended trouble-free operation.

Easy to use: compact and light-weight, suitable for installation in tight spaces.

Long service life: DR20 is an all stainless steel construction. Not only extremely durable, but also suitable for applications in which clean performance is required. Easy, in-line access to internal parts simplifies cleaning and reduces maintenance cost.

High flow rate for its class: capable of a 30:1 pressure reduction.

Application areas: suitable for steam process requiring non-critical pressure control. Main applications: for compact heat exchangers and compact steam processes.

• Available in Screwed BSP or Flanged end connections, in sizes: 1/2" up to 1".
• Adjustable pressure range: 0.14 - 2 bar (DR20-2 ), 1.8 – 6 bar (DR20-6) and 5.4 – 10 bar (DR20-10).
