TLV COSR Stainless Steel Flanged Pressure Reducing Valve

COSR-3 Stainless Steel ¾”-2” Multi-purpose pressure reducing valve for use on low pressures up to a maximum operating pressure of 3 bar. All major components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust. Pressure adjustment range: 0.1 – 0.5 bar.

COSR-16 Stainless Steel ½”-2” General-use multi-purpose pressure reducing valve for use up to a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar. All major components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust. Pressure adjustment range: 0.3 – 13.4 bar.

COSR-21 Stainless Steel ½”-2” Multi-purpose pressure reducing valve for use on high pressures up to a maximum operating pressure of 21 bar. All major components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust. Pressure adjustment range: 5.5 – 17.6 bar.

Supplied without built in separator, strainer and trap.

Accuracy of pressure reducing valve’s secondary set pressure is within ± 0.1 bar. Even if the steam load to the equipment or the primary pressure at the pressure reducing valve changes, the Shock-absorbing Spherical Piston supplies steam at a constant pressure in order to maintain the temperature of the steam used as the heating source.

Application areas: suitable for steam processes. Main applications: steam supply lines, steam heating equipment, heaters, etc.
