TLV COSR Screwed BSP Cast Iron Pressure Reducing Valve

COSR-3 ¾”-1” Multi-purpose pressure reducing valve for use on low pressures up to a maximum operating pressure of 3 barg. All major components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust. Pressure adjustment range: 0.1 - 0.5 bar.

COSR-16 ½”- 1” General-use multi-purpose pressure reducing valve for use up to a maximum operating pressure of 16 barg. All major components are made of stainless steel to prevent rust. Pressure adjustment range: 0.3 - 13.4 bar.

Cast Iron screwed BSP pressure reducing valves, that’s pilot operated for use on (COSR-3 low pressures) and (COSR-16 up to 16 bar). Max Operating Temperature Max 200°C. supplied without built in separator, strainer and trap.

Accuracy of pressure reducing valve’s secondary set pressure is within ± 0.1 bar. Even if the steam load to the equipment or the pressure at the pressure reducing valve changes, the Shock-absorbing Spherical Piston supplies steam at a constant in order to maintain the temperature of the steam used as the heating source.

Long Service Life - rust is the biggest enemy of the very points most important in the control performance of the product. Therefore, all major components are made of stainless steel, to prevent rust. Easy to Adjust Pressure adjustment is simple, and can be done by using the cover cap (not on SCOSR) as the adjustment spanner.

Application areas: suitable for steam processes. Main applications: steam supply lines, steam heating equipment, heaters, etc.
