Bray High Temperature TEK-Fil Series 7000/8000 Ball Valve

The Bray Flow-Tek Series 7000/8000 ball valve is offered as standard, screwed BSP and in 316 stainless with the options (on request) of a carbon steel body. The valve is fitted with Tek-Fil seats. The Tek-Fil filler offers a higher operating range for use on applications such as steam, thermal fluids and mild abrasive conditions as encountered in flow control. Advantages of Tek-Fil include:

The proprietary fillers increase the operating range of Flow-Tek valves

• Temperature range up to 650°F (340°C) for on/off valves in clean service conditions such as thermal fluids
• Temperature range up to 550°F (287°C) for modulating valves and valves in normal or dirty service conditions
• Saturated steam rating to 425 psi

The valves offer flexibility with many options for end connections, a 3-piece body design that allows the body to swing-out for ease of in-line maintenance. A mounting platform for ease of actuation and lockable lever handle for manual operation. The To meet customer demands for a valve with the widest possible range of applications, these valves can be fitted with control or tri-ported balls (for full cavity drainage)
